It has three bedrooms, two of which are twin rooms and the other a double. Fieldgate stands separate from the other cottages and is a more modern building, offering superb self-catering on Islay. Nestled next to the ruins of an old and charming church you can touch the old island life. As well as this the most beautiful beach unfolds before your eyes a short walk from your accommodation. A holiday at Kilhoman Cottages, be it a long or short stay, will create everlasting memories and have you coming back for more.

Downstairs you will find a spacious lounge, a separate kitchen diner and one of the twin bedrooms. The large lounge area allows everyone to sit together in comfort, with an open plan fire keeping the room extremely cosy. You will find Freeview TV and a DVD player to relax and enjoy some evening entertainment. The large kitchen has plenty of workspace allowing you to take advantage of the fresh local produce to create tasty meals. You will find picnic tables outside should you want to enjoy the fresh air for a while longer. If all the outdoor adventures leave you a little mucky, you’ll be pleased to know there is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
Heading upstairs, you will find a double bedroom and another twin room. The shared bathroom has an over-the-bath shower and heated towel rail for your comfort. If you require a cot or highchair during your stay then please do let us know in advance.
